What happens if I don't convert?: Chat pauses on day 10. Your kid's dossier — names, stories, interests, compass — stays exactly where it is for when or if you come back. Briefs keep landing for 7 more days so you don't get cut off mid-thought; we call it the grace window. Reactivate from the billing page any time.
What's in Family?: Unlimited conversations, the daily parent brief, compass configuration (three values, ranked), up to four kids on one subscription. Family Pro adds co-parenting with a partner, custom compass values, a year-end PDF yearbook, and cross-kid drift slicing.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. No fees, no calls. Cancel in one click from Settings. If you cancel within 30 days of an annual purchase we refund fully — email aj@obbz.io.
Why the price difference by country?: We price by purchasing power. A family in Mumbai pays Indian rupee pricing, not dollar pricing. We verify billing country to keep it fair.
What happens when my kid outgrows Roma?: Your family subscription persists. Roma's kid UX rotates — 6-9, 10-13, 13-17 — on the same account as your child grows.
Who sees my kid's chats?: By default, nobody but your kid. You see summaries, mood tags, and the verbatim quotes Roma thinks matter — never the full transcript unless you pick Full Access. Roma's safety floor is always on.
Is Roma COPPA-compliant?: Yes. Verifiable parental consent is required before your kid can use Roma. Read our full privacy policy.
